James Hartman, the company’s founder and CEO, is based in New Orleans and drives the company’s vision for high-quality products to serve a diverse clientele. He is a native of Washington, D.C., with a degree in sociology and English from Tulane University. He has served as an adviser and strategist for local, state and federal offices, and for conservative candidates in the former Soviet Bloc. |

Ryan M. Mahoney, based in Augusta, Georgia, is the company’s managing partner, overseeing day-to-day operations and masterminding research and strategic components of various projects. Ryan holds a degree in political science from the University of Southern Mississippi. |

Philip Agnew, based in New Orleans, is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, where he earned a B.A. in business administration with a concentration in economics, and a minor in management. Philip handles campaign logistics and fundraising, in addition to developing strategic plans for political and non-profit clients. |

Ray Sutherlin is graduate of LSU with extensive experience in advertising. Ray’s skills in media placement and marketing strategy provide the firm with expertise that is beneficial to clients in all sectors and markets. |

Adam Eversole, based in New Orleans, is a graduate of the University of Dayton, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Journalism. He joined the Hartman & Associates team from the office of House Speaker John Boehner. Experienced in political operations and constituent services, Adam brings value to a variety of the firm’s clients with strategic development, messaging and field research. |
