Thomson, Georgia – In an effort to join the fight against cancer in the United States, Precision Waste Services, the area’s only locally-owned, full-service solid waste solutions provider, announced their “Kick Cancer to the Curb” initiative, which raises money for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.

Precision Waste’s “Kick Cancer to the Curb” initiative will donate $10 to Relay for Life for every new residential customer that signs up for 12-month service in March, April, or May.  The Precision Waste Services Team will present a check prior to the Relay for Life event on May 11, 2012 at Thomson High School.

“We are proud to support the communities we serve with this Kick Cancer to the Curb initiative,” said Precision Waste President Robert Wilson.  “The American Cancer Society’s efforts have positively impacted the lives of millions of cancer patients and survivors.  We hope that other companies will join us in supporting this important cause by pledging donations as well.”
